He could press the bone which is at the base of the spine between the hips with a soft fist. The tailbone should not be pressed though. The thighs and legs could use some gentle strokes in circular or sideways motions. He could start at the feet and move upward towards the buttocks. Most women have fluid retention in their hands and feet. Hence, the fingers and toes can be massaged gently to increase their blood circulation. Then he could work on the neck. He could use circular motions on the neck muscles to ease out any tension. As you can see a pregnancy massage is not so difficult.
